Lear[n]Gain is intended to provide a free, basic and simple understanding of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) processes through real-time examples. We are focusing on publishing 5-minute videos on each ITIL process covering the basics around definition and objective.
Our primary intent is focused on offering simple and easy to understand conceptual videos on ITIL, Six Sigma, ISO, Project Management to help everyone. Currently we offer basic/foundation level knowledge on each process and more intermediate level based content to be published soon. We focus on making learning simpler and easier. We are open to feedback and suggestions.
We also share info-graphic slides and presentations on ITIL Process as of now based on request. We started this as a hobby and will be publishing videos as and when we have time.

These characteristics are often expressed as mean time between failures (MTBF) and mean time to restore service (MTRS): MTBF measures how frequently the service fails. For example, on average, a service with a MTBF of four weeks fails 13 times each year. MTRS measures how quickly service is restored after a failure.
